Chirag Dilli mess improves a bit on Day 3
Traffic on the second working day after one of the carriageways of the Chirag Dilli flyover was shut for repairs moved a little better than on Monday. On Tuesday, the tailback stretched only to Savitri flyover instead of till Nehru Enclave, with a delay of around 15-20 minutes.
