In Delhi, 3 leave injured friend to die, caught
Three youths allegedly left their critically injured friend to die under a flyover in northeast Delhi’s Nand Nagri instead of taking the 17-year-old to a hospital, police said on Monday. The three accused, including a juvenile, have been held, they added.
