ED gets Manish Sisodia's custody; arrest justified, says Delhi court
Observing that the arrest of the former deputy chief minister, Manish Sisodia was "justified" and that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has "powers" to seek custody for "examination and interrogation", a Delhi court on Friday granted ED his custody for seven days in the alleged scam in Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
