Man held for firing at 16-year-old girl in Delhi
A day after a 16-year-old girl was shot at by her neighbour in Nand Nagri, police arrested the accused, Kasim, from northeast Delhi. He was infuriated with her for talking to another boy. However, the victim's family claimed that the accused had been harassing her for the past several months.
