Former Haryana chief minister and leader of the Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda said on Tuesday that corruption, crime, insecurity, violence, intoxication, unemployment, inflation, debt and distress has been increasing continuously in the state and security, education, health and prosperity are decreasing.
