Narela hi-tech prison to house dreaded criminals
The high-security prison being built in Narela will mimic the Cellular Jail in the Andaman Islands. Like the historic penal facility, it will have wings of unequal lengths radiating from a central watch tower, the entire complex shaped like the spokes of a wheel.
