Drug addict held for rape of 3-year-old in Maharashtra
A 30-year-old ragpicker-cum-drug addict was arrested by Panvel GRP for abducting and raping a 3-year-old girl who was asleep with her mother and two siblings at Panvel railway station on Thursday. Mukesh Saha resides under Kalamboli bridge on the Sion-Panvel highway. Prakash Howal, senior inspector, said the mother and her three kids boarded a long distance train at Bhurhanpur in MP to go to Raver but the train did not halt there and she reached Panvel.
