The NIA, state ATS and city crime branch have launched a manhunt for one Sarfaraz Memon, who is believed to have undergone terror training in mainland China, its special administrative region of Hong Kong, and Pakistan. The NIA recently apprised the city police through an email that Memon, whom it dubbed as dangerous to the country, had reached the state and was likely to be in the city.
