Snatchers shoot at Delhi man, but kill bystander
The 46-year-old businessman, whom armed snatchers had fired at on a Pul Prahladpur street but had hit a ragpicker instead, later returned to the crime spot and gave his statement to the cops, deputy commissioner of police (southeast) Rajesh Deo said.
