‘Man with learner’s DL crushed 46-yr-old by BMW
Almost seven months after a 46-year-old man, a cashier at a pub in East of Kailash, was mowed down by a BMW car, Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet, stating that the driver, who only had a learner’s licence, was driving fast and rashly, and the vehicle’s insurance had expired.
