Man dragged on car's bonnet after scuffle in Delhi
Days after the Kanjhawala hit-and-run case in which a woman was dragged several kilometres by a vehicle that hit her, a man was dragged on a car's bonnet for about half a kilometre in west Delhi's Rajouri Garden on Thursday.
