NCR likely to witness cold wave from Jan 16: IMD
The India Meteorological Department has said that several locations in Delhi and the surrounding National Capital Region (NCR) are likely to witness cold wave from January 16 to January 18 with minimum temperatures predicted to reach as low as 3 degrees Celsius.
