Court summons Mumbai ex-mayor Pednekar's son
Observing that a prima facie case was made out, a sessions court took cognisance this week of the prosecution complaint and issued summons in a case filed by the Registrar of Companies (RoC) against the son of former mayor Kishori Pednekar, his company and three others for allegedly registering their company, Kish Corporate Services India, with the help of fake documents.
