Delhi horror: 'Men knew victim was stuck'
The friend of the Delhi hit-and-run victim and main eyewitness, who was riding pillion on her scooty at the time of the incident on the fateful day, Tuesday said the five men accused of dragging the woman for several kilometres killed her intentionally as they continued to drive despite knowing that the woman was stuck under their car.
