Delhi accident witnesses: Cops didn't pay heed
Two persons have claimed that they saw the 20-year-old woman being dragged between the wheels of a car in Kanjhawala area early Sunday and alerted the cops, but they did not pay any heed. One of them said he even tried chasing the vehicle. Police have said both the statements will be recorded and used in the chargesheet
