Mum: 'Duty comes 1st'; BEST staff defy strike call
BEST staff for the first time defied a trade union call for a "strike" here during the Covid pandemic on Monday. All drivers, conductors and other staff reported for duty and operated 1,800 buses, which was more than normal, to deliver a message that "we are not staying at home".
