Indian desserts take center stage at Ambani bash

The three-day pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have concluded, leaving a lasting impression with their stunning fashion, decor, and musical performances. Amidst the grandeur, the delectable treats served throughout the celebrations deserve recognition. Lunch on day two featured an array of Indian regional cuisine, with a focus on traditional desserts presented in elegant glassware, stealing the spotlight. Approximately 600 guests enjoyed a diverse spread of desserts and dishes, crafted by skilled chefs from Lucknow-based Sweets and Namkeen brand Chhappan Bhog. The menu included five varieties of one-bowl desserts, halwas, chikkis, and authentic Bengali and Gujarati delicacies. The one-bowl desserts, such as rabdi with pineapple and pistachios, and chenna with jaggery and Macadamia nuts, were particularly delightful. The dessert menu also featured four types of halwa and three varieties of gur chikki, offering a delightful fusion of flavors and textures to complement the festivities.
