The actor is now back with a bang and is working on multiple projects, as an actor and as a producer. The actor recently revealed details about his upcoming projects and said that his next acting project is called Sitaare Zameen Par, which is the Hindi remake of Spanish hit film Campeones, which Aamir had earlier offered to Farhan Akhtar but then requested him to step down as he felt he should be doing the role. The film is directed by RS Prasanna who earlier directed Shubh Mangal Saavdhan with Ayushmann Khurrana
