Actor Srikanth returns after a gap and will be seen in a power-packed role in Mirugaa. Directed by newcomer Parthiban, the film’s story and screenplay are penned by ace cinematographer MV Paneerselvam.
Talking about his role, Srikanth says, “I play a dual dimensional character with lot of grey shades. It has a quirky subject. My body language and dialogue delivery will be totally new and different from my previous outings. It has lot of scope to showcase me in a new avatar.”
Sources reveal the movie plot is ruled by a hitman, who is full of strange ideas. He uses his handsome appearance and the best of mannerisms to woo women and lead a parasitic life before finishing them off. And one such prey that he falls in love with and marries and starts to live together turn the other way around.
Raai Laxmi essays his pair. A tiger plays a crucial role in the crime thriller.
“Since, getting permission from Animal welfare Boardis not easy, we have used an animated tiger. Paneerselvam has handled those portions extremely well.”
A new attempt has been made in Mirugaa, he adds. “The climax will start exactly 15 minutes post-interval and the next 40 minutes will be edge-of-the-seat thriller.”
