Brajesh Kumar Singh , from nondescript Chakrajali village in Bihar, India, has chalked an inspiring path, and today, become a role-model for youth. They say that when you come from a place when you don’t immediately get everything you want, you start to value things more. The same thing is true of Brajesh. His story is proof of how he has valued even the smallest of opportunities that life has thrown at him, and made the best of them. From helping his father in selling vegetables as a child, to assist in the functioning of a general store, Brajesh has never said no.
When you make the most of the little opportunities, it is not before long that the major ones knock on your door. Today Brajesh is a well-regarded name in the world of tech-review and blogging. Not just that, he has even worked as a campaign strategist with renowned brands. Some of the names are Cadbury, SKORE, Max Bupa, etc. Starting out on the entrepreneurial road, Brajesh is also the founder of websites like TrickDefined.com, Apna Contest, and Feedknock. He excels in the field of tech, blogging, contest offers and coupons.
Succeeding despite all odds have always been Brajesh’ strong suite. Always a high achiever in academics. Brajesh missed out on topping the Bihar Board exams by just a wafer thin margin of 15 marks. After his college journey started at Anugrah Narayan College, Patna. It is one of the best in Bihar. Next, he dreamt of securing admission in the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology. However, Brajesh missed the mark by a thin margin again, but he did not give up hope. Further, he traversed the WBJEE route, and got admission in a reputed Engineering College in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Due to financial constraints, he had to take help from friends and family. Some time later, there was some issue with his student loan, and Brajesh requested Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for help. Soon, the matter was resolved, and lady luck shone upon him. To make an extra buck while in college to make ends meet, Brajesh started working on digital marketing on the side.
Soon, college came to a close, and Brajesh got through placements for Capgemini, which recruited him as an engineer. Along with his regular job, Brajesh continued to work on the side, and developed his blogging and tech knowhow. At Capgemini, he bagged company awards like ‘PAT on the BACK’, and ‘STAR Award for best Customer Delivery’. There was no doubt that he is an all-rounder who gave his best in everything he attempted. It is a matter of pride that Brajesh has also been nominated for Global Young Leaders Fellowship and Karmaveer Chakra Awards.
Right now, Brajesh work with EASi, a company that focuses in the automotive domain. While working with EASi he got the opportunity to work for global brand Ford North America.
The major lesson to be learnt from Brajesh’s story is that no matter how insurmountable the odds appear, with consistency and determination, one can get over them, and achieve the desired success.
