In a bid to enhance the work culture and effectiveness of central universities across India, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has initiated a specialized training program for staff members. Collaborating with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), the UGC aims to provide training to approximately 5,000 employees from all 45 central universities in the country in the first phase. The training program covers various aspects including understanding workflow psychology, technology utilization, academic management, financial management, and project management.
