Under the Nutana Unnata Abhilasha (NUA) Odisha scholarship scheme, students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at state universities, government and non-government aided colleges are eligible for financial aid. However, students whose parents pay income taxes or hold permanent government positions are ineligible for the scholarship.
