The University Grants Commission (UGC) has reported that over three crore students nationwide have successfully enrolled in the Academic Bank of Credits. The ABC portal, designed to foster curriculum flexibility and facilitate interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary academic mobility among students in Indian Higher Educational Institutes (HEIs), operates through an efficient credit transfer mechanism.
