The administration in Gurugram has suspended classes from nursery to class five due to rising pollution in the NCR region. This decision was made to protect school children from the extremely dangerous air quality index, which reached 412 on Monday. The closure of schools will be effective until further orders, and online studies will be conducted to ensure that education is not disrupted. The pollution levels in Delhi-NCR have been recorded seven to eight times above the government-prescribed safe limit for the past seven days.
