CBSE aims to bridge gap between school & higher education institutes

The director of academics at the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Dr Joseph Emmanuel, has highlighted the need to bridge the gap between school education and higher education institutions. He emphasized that students are unable to fully benefit from the wide range of courses offered by CBSE due to restrictions in accessing higher education. Dr Emmanuel also stressed the importance of aligning CBSE's offerings with the principles of the National Education Policy 2020, including equity, excellence, accessibility, and inclusivity. CBSE is planning to introduce courses in robotics and drone technology to keep up with technological advancements.
