GCC conducts awareness camp against using single use plastic in school
An awareness camp targeting single-use plastic's health hazards was conducted at a GCC middle school in Trustpuram. GCC Health Education Officer TG Srinivasan discussed government-banned plastic items and presented alternative options. Cloth bags were distributed to 350 students by the Utkarsh Global Foundation. This initiative aimed to educate and promote eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastic among school children.
