Sidhu highlighted incentives such as financial assistance for employee weddings, medical reimbursement, and ex-gratia benefits in case of death. He urged industrialists to spread awareness about these benefits to encourage more employees to register. The meeting was attended by other officials from the labour department and industry representatives.
