A King George’s Medical University team caught a candidate with a forged mark sheet, an allotment letter, and other documents during counselling for NEET-UG 2023 candidates seeking admission in MBBS and BDS courses. The candidate had claimed to have scored 681 out of 720, while his actual score was 366. KGMU officials checked the NEET 2023 merit list and found that he had not been allotted a seat in any college.
