PM Narendra Modi on Saturday said the transformative National Education Policy-2020, giving due importance to Indian languages, marks the end of an era of language-discrimination as use of fluency in English as a benchmark has been against the underprivileged and those from rural background. “NEP will give due respect and credit to every language in the country...” the PM said.
