Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam 2023, which is aligned with the third anniversary of the National Education Policy 2020. Speaking at the event, Modi stated that many global universities are interested in setting up campuses in India, including IIT campuses in Tanzania and Abu Dhabi that are already starting operations.
