TA Pai’s alma mater continues to provide free education
T A Pai Modern Higher Primary School provides free education to children from poor families in Udupi, Karnataka. The school was founded by Narasinga Rao in 1927 and is managed by Modern School Education and Development Trust. It has almost 200 students of primary and elementary levels, from grades one to eight. The trust provides transportation, uniform, books, bags, and umbrellas to children.
