Visakhapatnam CP says drug abuse ruins families
The City Police Commissioner of Visakhapatnam, Dr. CM Trivikram Varma, urged around 2000 students of Gayatri Vidya Parishad to avoid using drugs and inform the police about the suppliers. He warned them about the NDPS Act and the consequences of using sedative drugs like ganja, LSD, and MDMA. The students pledged not to use drugs, and Zone-I Deputy Commissioner of Police V Vidyasagar Naidu explained the associated punishments.
