DRDO scientists C, D and E commenced their five-day capacity-building programme on project uncertainty and risk management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam on 28 June. The INAS officers also started their six-day training on the same day as part of their induction programme. Ex-Director-General of HR, KS Varaparad, emphasised that gaining managerial skills was important and projected the significance of proper technology forecasts and the need to invent disruptive technologies, especially when AI and autonomous machines are going to play a significant role in the future.
