HC dismisses plea challenging the re-advertisement of 4476 PGT posts advertised by HPSC
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a petition challenging the two-tier written examination criteria of 4476 PGT posts advertised by the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC). In June, the HPSC had re-advertised these posts for the state's secondary education department. The advertisement had initially been pulled in November 2022 after previous criteria notified by the HPSC were questioned in a batch of petitions.
