The pandemic has challenged the belief that online courses would eventually replace in-person teaching in business education. Instead, people prefer to learn at physical campuses, but schools have developed deep expertise in online education as well. A challenge is the increasing demand for executive education, leading to the development of the INSEAD Learning Hub.
