Seniors to get incentive for guiding AIIMS Bhubaneswar juniors in study
Senior MBBS students at AIIMS Bhubaneswar will act as teaching and research assistants (TA and RA) for junior students. The students will be guided by meritorious senior MBBS students and will receive incentives. The new system will help medical students acquire more knowledge in modern medical science and innovative research, creating more enthusiasm around research and innovation.
