The Jammu and Kashmir Council of Educational Research and Training has launched Toycathon 2023 with a focus on designing innovative toys and games using regional resources and local heritage. The event, which aims to promote creativity and critical thinking among younger generations, will be held across three categories, and submissions will be evaluated in four phases.
