Sebi opposes KOEL's appeal on family settlement disclosure advisory
Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd (KOEL) sought for a stay on the advisory, to which Sebi responded that since the advisory is not time bound there was no urgency to hear the appeal. SAT, who will hear the appeal on 7 April, has permitted KOEL to seek urgent hearing if some development happens in the case.
