Kolkata-based Rungta Greentech has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for an IPO. The company, founded by Deepak Rungta and Praveen Rungta, manufactures a range of recycled and virgin plastic products. It operates manufacturing facilities in Howrah and supplies products to over 20 states.
