Adani Enterprises arm acquires France-based Le Marche Duty Free
Adani Enterprises has acquired France-based Le Marche Duty Free SAS (LMDF) for 5,000 euros, according to its Dubai arm, Ospree International FZCO. The strategic acquisition is in the interest of Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited, and was incorporated on February 7, 2024.
