Midcap mutual funds are as big as largecap funds in terms of AUM
The total AUM of midcap category in January 2024 was Rs 2.90 lakh crore, whereas the total AUM for largecap funds stood at Rs 2.99 lakh crore. Mid and largecap funds account for 13% each of total equity AUM.
