Indian media company Zee Entertainment and digital payments firm Paytm have both established advisory committees to address accounting and financial concerns. Zee Entertainment's committee, led by retired Allahabad High Court judge Satish Chandra, includes independent directors Uttam Agarwal and P V Ramana Murthy. Similarly, Paytm has formed an advisory panel to navigate its current situation.
