Earlier this month, in his investigation into POTUS' handling of classified documents, special counsel Robert Hur, a registered Republican, mentioned Biden's 'significantly limited' memory, which caught both Biden and Democrats off guard. Sur claimed that, among other issues, the 81-year-old Biden had problems remembering the years he served as veep, and the day his son, Beau, died.
