SAP board chair-designate Punit Renjen quits over differences

Software giant SAP announced on Monday that it has agreed to part ways with Punit Renjen due to disagreements over the job of supervisory board chair for the German major, which the latter was appointed to. "Punit Renjen has chosen to resign his mandate on the SAP supervisory board with effect from the end of SAP's annual general meeting on May 15, 2024," SAP said.
