If you invest Rs 100 in railways, the multiplier is actually of the order of 4 plus depending upon how you compute it, the multiplier is actually of 4 plus, which means you invest Rs 100 in railway sector and you get a return in the economy which is 4x that, which is 400 plus, says Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
