'Didn't sign employment agreement': Ex Wipro SVP seeks arbitration
Wipro's former SVP and healthcare head Mohd Haque has sought arbitration after the company moved court against him for violating non-compete covenants in his employment contract by joining Wipro’s direct competitor Cognizant. Haque claimed that he had never signed the employment agreement. Haque took charge as the chief commercial officer at Cognizant on August 1.
