The Mumbai bench of NCLT has admitted Four Care Hospital under CIRP in an application filed by Standard Chartered Bank. Rajan Garg is appointed as the resolution professional. The company's promoter availed a loan from DHFL which was later acquired by Standard Chartered Bank.
