Cabinet approves 6-lane bridge over Ganga in Bihar, road project in Tripura
Chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs granted approval for a bridge in Bihar and road widening in Tripura, with a total investment exceeding Rs 5500 crore. The committee approved the construction of a 4556 m long, 6-lane cable-stayed bridge across the Ganga in Bihar at a cost of Rs 3,064.45 crore.
