ICICI Lombard General Insurance has received a demand notice for alleged short payment of GST (Goods and Services Tax) amounting to over INR 5.66 crore (about $755,000). The demand includes a GST amount of INR 5,66,02,264 and a penalty of INR 56,60,226. ICICI Lombard plans to file an appeal against the order.
