Two PE funds sell over 2% stake in PVR Inox via bulk deals
Plenty Private Equity fund through its affiliate has sold 2.1% stake in leading multiplex chain PVR Inox through a bulk deal. In a separate deal, Multiples Private Equity fund has sold 1.99 lakh shares at Rs 1,753 in the company.
